0:00Honestly, this plugin just feels like cheating.
0:15So this is a plugin I made for myself because I wanted more mix clarity. What it does is it creates a stage for you to put all of your instruments in wherever they fit. That includes custom reverb, that includes compression and equalization. Because in real life, if your instrument moves away from the microphone, there's gonna be more EQ falloff.
0:34There's gonna be a little bit more compression and the reverb is obviously gonna be higher as well. So this plugin is a completely customizable space for all of your instruments and you can even customize the volume fall-off, the panning. You can also load in your own effects like reverbs or compressors like a Pro-R 2 here.
0:53And you can use that as the basis of your room. So this plugin is live on my website right now. It works for every DAW except for Pro Tools. So make sure you go check it out. There's a free version. There's a paid version. Let me know what you think.
